Returns Policy

If you receive any item that is different to that which you ordered, please call us on 01349 866655 within 14 days from receipt. We advise you to return it to us within 14 days from receipt using standard royal mail or Parcelforce (you may insure it if you wish). Please note we can only refund you up to a maximum of £10 postage if you live in the UK and the fault is within 14 days of purchase. When we receive the product back, we will contact you and offer you the correct product or a full refund within 10 working days.

If you receive any product that is damaged or faulty please call us on 01349 866655 within 14 days from receipt. We advise you to return it to us complete with all accessories, instructions and original packaging if possible. Please do not write on the packaging. Use standard Royal Mail or Parcel Force (you may insure it if you wish or add "Royal Mail Signed For"). When we receive it back we will either offer you a full refund or a replacement product within 10 working days*. If your item developes a fault within 14 days of purchase and you live in the UK then we can only offer you a refund on your return postage of up to £10. Unfortunately, if your unit develops a fault after a 14 day period we cannot refund your return postage. If you live outside the UK we can only refund up to £20 of your return postage costs even if the radio arrives faulty or damaged. Please note if you do not return it with all accessories, instructions and original packaging then we cannot offer you a refund only a replacement (the replacement will not have include any items that were missing from the returned product). Any Roberts Radio product that goes faulty within the 12 month warranty will be replaced with a Brand New item.

When returning an item please include a copy of your invoice, the reason for return and if you would like a refund or replacement. Please note we cannot refund a radio unless you return it in the original packaging with all accessories.

You may return unwanted goods within 14 days of receipt providing it is complete with all accessories, instructions and original packaging. Please do not write on the packaging. We will refund the purchase price of the item within 30 working days of your notice to cancel. Unfortunately we are unable to refund the cost of postage or your return postage charges in this instance.

*PURE DIGITAL RADIOS that are faulty within the 1st 24 months will require the customer to contact Pure Digital directly on 08451489001 and Pure will issue you with a RAN Number. They will then send a letter explaining how to get the radio collected by their courier DPD. The repaired or replacement radio will be returned within 15 to 20 working days from the time it arrives at their repair centre, either in the original packaging supplied by the customer or in a plain brown box. Where a unit cannot be repaired, they will replace it with a new unit if the original unit was less than 2 months old from the date of purchase. Similarly, if the unit is between 2 and 24 months old from the date of purchase and cannot be repaired, they will replace it with a refurbished one.*
