DELIVERIES OUTSIDE THE UK

European Country Orders - Vary according to parcel size and destination country. The flat rate prices for Euro Priority (3-7 working days delivery) for European Countries are shown below. For the USA & Canada please add purchase to shopping cart and then click on "checkout now", you can then choose the destination country, then click "next" and you will be shown the cost of delivery to that country. Please note we do not send Plasma's or LCD TV's abroad.

An express delivery option called Global Express (1-3 working days) is available for most countries outside of the UK. The price is dependant on weight and will be shown at the checkout stage of the website.

Non EU Countries - Orders from Norway, Switzerland, Gibraltar, Channel Islands, Canada, Monaco and the USA will automatically have the UK VAT removed from the total cost when in the checkout stage of the website.

EU businesses from outside the UK with a valid EU VAT number - There is a box in the checkout stage of the website to allow you to enter a valid EU VAT number which will then allow the VAT to be removed from your order.

Shipping And Handling

We deliver all items on the website to UK mainland addresses. We ship to most European countries. When placing an order please click on your country in the "select Invoice Location" and "Select Shipping Destination" fields. We ship to most countries in Europe. Those countries are : Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Monaco, Malta, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Norway, Portugal, San Marino, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland & Vatican City State. If your country is not listed then unfortunately we do not presently ship to that location.

We also ship to the Channel Islands, USA & Canada.

These are flat rate Euro Priority (3-7 working days) postal charges for the following countries:

Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg- personal/small radios - £6.99 or 14.99. Medium/large radios - £16.00

France, Germany, Denmark & Monaco-personal/small radios - £6.99 or £14.99. Medium/large radios-£19.99

Sweden, Poland & Finland - personal/small radios - £6.99 or £14.99 . Medium/large radios-£42.00

Norway, Switzerland, Gibraltar, San Marino & Malta - personal/small radios - £6.99 or £14.99 . Medium/large radios-£47.00

Channel Islands, USA & Cananda - You will find out the cost of shipping at the checkout stage (dependant on weight).

AS MENTIONED ABOVE THERE IS ALSO A MORE EXPENSIVE EXPRESS 1-3 DAY SERVICE FOR MOST COUNTRIES OUTSIDE OF THE UK WHICH IS DEPENDANT ON WEIGHT AND CAN BE SELECTED AT THE CHECKOUT STAGE.

Please note if you live outside the UK we can only refund up to £20 of your return postage costs if the radio arrives faulty or damaged and you must contact us within 7 days of your order arriving.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

Any item ordered on this site after 9am Monday-Friday will be despatched on the next working day. If the order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday it will be dispatched on Monday. UK orders are dispatched via Royal Mail (small parcels), Royal Mail tracked service (medium parcels) or Parcel Force (Large Parcels) and normally take 2-5 working days to arrive. In the unlikely event that your order doesn't arrive within 7 working days [Royal Mail Parcels only (not Royal Mail Tracked)] we must wait 18 working days before resending you your order. Premium 48 hour delivery can also be selected when purchasing the item (Fully trackable service). In the unlikely event that we are out of stock of your chosen product you will be contacted immediately and given the option to cancel your order or have it put on back order with an estimated delivery date. Your card will not be debited until the goods are ready for despatch.

International orders are despatched by Royal Mail airmail/airsure or Parcel Force. Small parcels can go via Airmail standard which take between 3-5 working days to arrive. You can also choose to have them sent via EURO Priority (3-7 working days), Global Priority (5-10 working days) or Global Express (1-3 working days). Larger parcels can only go via Euro Priority, Global Priority or Global Express. Please choose the appropriate option on the website when ordering.

Once we have delivered the product to the requested address, we accept no responsibility for any injury to you or anyone else carrying the equipment. We would advise two or more persons to carry any large equipment to reduce the risk of injury.
